Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of contractorrelay.com (the “Site”), operated by Contractor Relay LLC (“Contractor Relay,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
About the Site
The Site provides information about Contractor Relay's automation consulting services and lets you contact us, request a demo, or schedule a consultation. The Site is informational. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or professional, legal, financial, or insurance advice.
Our services are governed by a separate agreement
These Terms cover your use of the Site only. Any consulting, automation, or other services we provide to a client are governed by a separate written agreement between Contractor Relay and that client. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to: use it for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape, copy, or harvest content or data except as normally allowed for personal review; or submit false information or another person's information without permission.
Submissions and communications
When you submit information through the Site or opt in to communications, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Communications and text messaging are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Contractor Relay name and brand — are owned by Contractor Relay or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view and use the Site for its intended purpose, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from its content without our written permission.
No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contractor Relay and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). [Note: liability for actual client services is addressed in the separate services agreement, not here.]
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and including a link doesn't mean we endorse them.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Contractor Relay from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “last updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. [Venue/dispute-resolution terms to be confirmed by counsel.]
